Your Daily Schedule

Ayurveda believes that health and wellness depend on a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its preventive care method incorporates daily regiments, seasonal detox, yoga, diet, and lifestyle guidelines. This 7-day program will help you apply these methods to help you improve your health and boost your immune-system. Your daily schedule will consist of:
  • Ayurvedic Daily Regimen (with pre-recorded video) A set of regimen to start the day which aim to stimulate all your senses, give you energy for the day and create positive health habits.
  • Guided Yoga, Breathing Technique & Meditation (with pre-recorded video) One of the main pillars of the week, the specifically themed yoga will improve your body’s healing mechanism and balances the mind and the body which again helps improve the immune system.
  • Menu of the Day Ayurveda believes food is the best medicine. The breakfast, lunch, dinner, healthy juices, and herbal drinks menu put together each day is designed to prepare your body for detox and boost your immune system.
  • Affirmations Positive affirmations are important for your mental health and keep stress and anxiety away during this special time.
  • Introduction to the next day (with pre-recorded video) Watch before the end of the day, a sneak peek of what’s in store for you the next day.

By now, you should have received the links to the recipes and shopping list in your email — if not, you will find them below. The link contains an overview of each day’s meals, a comprehensive shopping list and detailed preparation instructions for each meal. In some cases, you can substitute ingredients or buy pre-made items as long as they adhere to our guidelines. Those items are clearly identified in the book.

Important Guidelines for the Program Week

The most essential part of your 7-day program is the detox day which will happen on day 5. All the schedule and guidelines you follow from day 1 to day 4 are to improve your health and prepare your body for the detox. The schedule and guidelines on day 6 and 7 will enhance the positive effects of the detox and boost your immune system.
