Earth Element Yoga
The earth element is associated with cool, stable, heavy, dense, and hard. When you are connected to the earth element, you feel stable and rooted, emotionally grounded, and confident as well as flexible. Asanas like child pose, downward-facing dog, mountain pose, and yogic breathing help you achieve this groundedness and stability in body and mind.

Around 10 minutes after your yoga practive, shower or take a bath. Use lukewarm water for the head, and warm water (not too hot and too cold) for the rest of the body.
