It is actually hard to summarize the whole of my 7 days experience here, as I actually found it helpful to keep a daily journal to capture the sea of emotional & physical sensations I was experiencing. Through it all, I always felt extremely well-cared for and nurtured, and the other participants who were there during my time were very supportive of one another. Even after the 7 days, I felt a notable difference in my mind & body. It’s as though a new clarity has emerged and physically, I feel stronger (partly thanks to 2x daily yoga session) and more balanced.
