Food plays an important role in Ayurvedic Panchakarma.

Ayurvedic food consists of six main tastes – sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent. We serve wholesome balanced meals, many from traditional recipes that are thousands of years old as well as dishes adapted to Western kitchen. Naturally, always respecting the nutritious wisdom of Ayurveda!

You will also have the opportunity to participate in cooking demonstrations and classes to learn the principles and the methods of Ayurvedic cuisine. We hope that this will encourage you to continue with healthy eating habits once you are back home.

You have the option to have your meals served in the privacy of your own room or in the dining room.

Please note that some days you will be on detox and on these days, a strict diet must be followed, prescribed by the doctors.
